The most useful messages tell us three things: roughly how many people you are feeding, the date and start time you have in mind, and where in Tucker it needs to land. With those, we can tell you which gathering size fits, whether your date lines up with one of our three cook days, and how far in advance we need the order — Party Platters need at least 48 hours so the batch can be planned properly.
If you are just outside our 10-mile radius, say so rather than assuming the answer is no. We can often accommodate neighboring areas for a small extended-mileage fee, and it costs nothing to ask. The same goes for allergies and spice preferences: our Mandazis are sweet and aromatic, our Samosas are mild, and the spicy dipping sauces travel on the side so everyone at your table can decide for themselves.
Messages arrive with Consolata directly, not with a support queue, and they are answered between batches rather than during them.
